One of the concerns I often hear in my practice is difficulty sleeping; getting to sleep and/or staying asleep. There are many variables that can affect our sleep patterns; hormones (or the lack thereof), diet, allergies, the mattress/pillows we are using, lack of exercise, electrical interference, light, sound, etc. You may need to address some of those to get great sleep but there are ways to harmonize sleep projects using Jin Shin Jyutsu on yourself.
